This gathering is a joyful celebration of your accomplishment—a sacred pause from daily life to come together as a sangha, honoring the journey you’ve taken and the transformation you’ve embodied. It is a time to reflect, reconnect, and rejoice in the shared devotion to presence, healing, and the timeless wisdom at the heart of yoga. Beyond the techniques into the true heart of this work—where healing unfolds not through doing, but through Being.

Rooted in the transformative principles of I AM Yoga Therapy™, this retreat offers a sacred container for Celebrating you, deepening your personal practice, refining your capacity as a therapist, and aligning more fully with the living current of yoga as a vehicle for awakening and wholeness.

Together, we will experience:

• Embodied Practice & Integration – Daily sessions in I AM Yoga Therapy™, Yoga Nidra, and Self-Awakening techniques to support your nervous system and inner alignment.

• 2:30–5:00 PM: Afternoon Session
